INGREDIENTS

2 1/2 c Crushed vanilla wafers
1 3/4 c Toasted ground almonds; divided
1/2 c Sifted powdered sugar
1/2 ts Ground cinnamon
1 c Lirby's; (r) pumpkin pie mix
1/3 c Almond liqueur or apple juice

INSTRUCTIONS

In medium bowl, blend vanilla wafer crumbs, 1 cup ground almonds, powdered
sugar and cinnamon. Stir in pumpkin pie mix and almond liqueur. Form into
1-inch balls. Roll in remaining 3/4 cup ground almonds. Refrigerate.
