INGREDIENTS

8 md Apples; pared, quartered & cored
1/2 c Water
1/2 c Sugar
1 ts Ground cinnamon

INSTRUCTIONS

Put apples and water in saucepan; cover. Simmer 15-20 min or until apples
are tender. Remove from heat. Stir in sugar and cinnamon. If a smooth
applesauce is desired, press through sieve or food mill. Serve warm or
cold. 4 cups.
