When His people are without strength, without resources, without hope, without human gimmicks – then He loves to stretch forth His hand from heaven. Homemade Pimento Cheese

INGREDIENTS

1 lb American cheese
1/3 c Milk
4 tb Sugar
2 cn (4 oz) pimiento; drained
1 Egg; beaten
2 tb Vinegar
1 pt Mayonaisse

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine cheese and milk; melt on low heat. Stir, remove and let cool. Add
beaten egg, sugar, vinegar and pimiento. Mix well. Move to stove and cook
on low heat 6-7 minutes. Add 1 pt. mayonaisse.
