INSTRUCTIONS
Do this: Mix the dry ingredients and stir in the milk and cream. Lastly the
Vinegar.
Before the wires burn hot with the question "What is a gill" If I remmember
correctly from many years ago it is 1/4 imp pint. When I make it I use 8
