Grains Lebanese Dip 8 Servings

INGREDIENTS

2 cn Garbanzo beans; drained
4 tb Tahini (up to)
3 Lemons; juice of (to taste)
Salt
1 Clove garlic (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

Place all ingredients in food processor and blend well.
Finely chopped parsley/pomegranate seeds/whole garbanzo beans/sumaq for
garnish.  Olive oil might be poured on top.  Sahtein...(the Lebanese
