1/2	ts	Salt
1/2	ts	Cayenne pepper
2		Cloves garlic; (2 to 4)
3	tb	Lemon juice
1/4	ts	Cumin

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix well. Drain 20 ounce can chic beans. Reserve small amount of liquid; to
add in.
