Joyce’s Curry White Sauce

INGREDIENTS
| 1 | tb | Butter |
| 1 | sm | Oignon (optional) |
| 1 | tb | Flour |
| 1/4 | ts | Salt |
| 1/8 | ts | Pepper |
| 1 | c | Milk |
| 1/4 | ts | Curry (optional to taste) |
INSTRUCTIONS
Melt butter over medium heat and add oignon. Cook until oignon is soft. Then add curry and flour and stir. Then add milk, salt & pepper. Cook mixture stirring constantly until it thickens to desired consistency.
