INGREDIENTS

3 Eggs
1 1/3 c Sugar
1 c Oil
3 c Sifted flour
1 ts Baking powder
1 ts Vanilla
1 ts Cinnamon
1 c Chocolate chips

INSTRUCTIONS

For Chocolate-nut- Same Recipe Except delete choc. chips & add 2 heaping
tbsps. cocoa, & 3/4 cup chopped nuts.
Mix sugar & eggs with fork, then add in all ingredients except flour, mix
well(still with a fork) then add flour, a little bit at a time, then fold
in chocolate chips.
On an ungreased(see note) baking, sheet form 2 log-like shapes, sprinkle
with a good amount of cinnamon sugar. Bake @ 350º for 35 minutes, divide
each log in half(length-wise) then cut into 1/2 inch slices,turn each slice
on it's side, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar and bake for 5minutes, turn on
the other side,& sprinkle with cinnamon sugar and bake for 5 more minutes.
NOTES : I use the slightest amount of cooking spray   on my baking sheet.
