INSTRUCTIONS
Saute onions and celery in bacon grease until tender. Add sugar, flour,
salt, pepper, and celery seed. add water and vinegar. Cook until slightly
thickened. Pour into potatoes combined with the bacon. Put into the bottom
of a broiler pan, cover with the top. Place hot dogs on the top and broil
4" from heat.
