INSTRUCTIONS
*Use enough oil to coat peppers. Slice peppers lengthwise in strips. Saute
in oil. Add tomatoes. Cook down til juice evaporates and all is saucy, but
not watery. Pack in jars and seal. To be used as a "soup" with knockwurst
