INSTRUCTIONS
Place chicken pieces in an 8 inch square dish, skin side down, with thicker
portions to outside edge. Cover with wax paper. Microwave at medium high
(70%) 14 minutes. Drain. Turn chicken pieces over, keeping thicker portions
to outside edge. Place butter in a 1 cup measure. Microwave at high (100%)
until melted, 45 seconds to 1 minute. Stir in lemon juice and parsley. Pour
lemon-butter mixture over chicken pieces. Cover with wax paper. Microwave
at medium high (70%) until tender, 10 to 12 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
