Linguine with Bacon, Sun-Dried Tomatoes

INGREDIENTS

8 Bacon
1/2 c Cheese — romano or parmesa
4 Onions, green — chopped
1 Salt
1 c Cream — whipping
1 Pepper
1/2 c Tomatoes, sun-dried — oil
1 Cheese — additional for
Toppi
1 lb Linguine

INSTRUCTIONS

Cook bacon, drain fat.  Add green onion and stir 1 minutes.  Add cream, and
bring to boil.  Turn off heat and add tomatoes. Meanwhile, cook linguine;
drain.  Add sauce and 1/2 cup cheese and stir to coat. Season. Pass
additional cheese whenserving.
