Lone Star Steak Sauce

INGREDIENTS

1/2 c Butter
3/4 ts Black Pepper
1/2 c Lemon Juice
1/2 ts Dry Mustard
2 tb Worcestershire Sauce
2 Drops Tabasco
1 Sm. Clove Garlic, Minced
Salt To Taste

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine all ingredients, heat until butter melts.  Broiler juices may be
added.  Serve with Steak Salt.
