INGREDIENTS

1 cn Salmon
1 Onion; grated
1 ts Salt
2 c Milk
1/4 c Bread crumbs
6 lg Potatoes; sliced or cubed
2 tb Butter
1 Egg

INSTRUCTIONS

Layer potatoes and salmon in casserole. Mix onion, salt, butter, milk, and
egg together. Pour over potatoes. Sprinkle on bread crumbs. Bake at 375°
for 1 hour. The book says that this is a Finnish dish.
