INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 c Graham cracker crumbs
1 1/2 c Sugar
1 1/2 c Coconut; shredded
1 1/2 c Pecans or walnuts; chopped
1 c Egg white; unbeaten

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine all ingredients. Pour into unbaked pie crust. Bake at 350 deg F.
for 30-35 minutes. Serve warm with ice cream if desired.
NOTES : Somebody left this on my desk, so I don't know who to really give
the credit to. It certainly sounds different.
