INSTRUCTIONS
Beat together the brown sugar, applesauce, molasses and egg in a large bowl
until smooth. In another bowl combine the remaining ingredients (except the
white sugar) and stir into the wet mixture. Cover and refigerate at least 2
hours or overnight.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Form the dough into small, walnu-sized balls,
roll in white sugar and place 2 inches apart on a greased cookie sheet. (I
use and ungreased cookie sheet and it works fine) Bake for 10-15 minutes.
Remove and cool on a rack.
Makes 3 dozen.
