Ingredients: Diet bread slices (raisin bread optional); 6 Eggs; beaten, mixed with:; 1/4 c Skim milk; 1 ds Nutmeg in egg mixture; Diet syrup or sugar free preserves

INSTRUCTIONS

Spray electric fry pan with pan coating; dredge bread slices in beaten egg
mixture. Place bread slices in pan; cook til golden.  Serve with diet syrup
or sugar free jelly or preserves.
