INGREDIENTS

CRANBERRY ORANGE MUFFINS
1 c Self rising flour
1/2 c Dried cranberries
1/4 c Sugar
1/4 ts Cinnamon
1/2 c Orange juice
BLUEBERRY MUFFINS
1 c Self rising flour
1/4 c Sugar
1/2 c Frozen blueberries; left frozen
1/2 c Orange juice
BANANA MUFFINS
1 c Self rising flour
1/4 c Sugar
1 Banana; mash
1 Jar Banana baby food juice

INSTRUCTIONS

(Mix dry ingredients and fruit, add juice and stir just until blended. Put
in muffin cups and bake at 305 degrees for about 25 min.) I always double
the recipe. Tried, enjoyed and reposted on fat-free by Brown Jeannie
