1 lb Lyon sausage
1 Celeriac; boiled
2 Eggs; boiled
1 c Boiled peas
Salt
Pepper
Lemon juice
Some mustard
Mayonnaise

INSTRUCTIONS

Cut Lyon sausage, celeriac and eggs in cubes, add peas, season with salt,
pepper lemon juice and some mustard and mix with mayonnaise.
