Two days ahead: - Set up the beverage area, pick out music, and arrange
decorations. - Set out the serving dishes.
One day ahead: - Set the table. - Make the remaining recipes. Add finishing
touches to made-ahead recipes. - Take a final look at the house.
The big day: - Post a list of foods so you don't forget anything. - Allow 1
hour to catch your breath, relax and get ready.
