INSTRUCTIONS

Beat egg yolks until light; add sugar and beat until mixture is stiff and
lemon colored. Add drained strawberries; add crumbs and almond extract.
Beat egg whites until stiff but not dry; fold into strawberry mixture. Pour
mixture into buttered 8x12-inch baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 35
minutes. Serve with whipped cream. Yield: 8 servings
