Unsalted butter; chilled and cut into small pieces |
INSTRUCTIONS
Prep: 15 min, Cook: 45 min.
Preheat oven to 375°F. Combine maple syrup and lemon juice in a heavy
non-reactive saucepan. Cook over low heat 5 minutes or until very hot.
Remove from heat. Stir in pear slices and transfer to a buttered baking
dish. Set aside. Combine remaining ingredients, except butter, in a food
processor or bowl. Cut butter into dry ingredients until mixture resembles
coarse meal. Sprinkle topping over pears and bake 40 minutes or until
bubbly and golden.
