Mari’s Dandelion Wine

INGREDIENTS

4 qt Dandelion blossoms
4 qt Boiling water
6 Oranges
4 Lemons
2 Yeast cakes
4 lb Sugar

INSTRUCTIONS

Scald the blossoms in the boiling water and let stand overnight.  The next
morning, strain, add the pulp and juice of 6 oranges, the juice of 4
lemons, the yeast and the sugar. Let ferment for 4 days, then strain and
bottle. Serve in small glasses at room temperature.
