Marinated Wakame

INGREDIENTS

2 ts EDEN Wakame Flakes
3 tb Water or stock
2 tb EDEN Mirin

INSTRUCTIONS

Soak flakes in liquid for 10 minutes. Simmer or steam over low heat for
5 minutes. Delicious in salads or as a bed for grilled fish. Garnish
with mayonnaise for a taste treat!
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 5 minutes
Yields: 4-5 servings
