INGREDIENTS
| 12 | x | Garlic cloves |
| 1 | tb | Vinegar(white) |
| 1 | ts | Salt |
INSTRUCTIONS
Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor bowl and chop to a fine mash. Place in a tightly sealed glass jar and store in refrigerator. Keeps well. Great for garlic bread, or any recipe calling for mashed garlic.
