We are often unable to see and understand the reasons and causes for specific events in our lives, in the lives of others, or in the history of the world. But our lack of understanding does not prevent us from believing God.

2 Egg whites
1/4 ts Cream of tartar
1/4 c Sugar

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Heat oven to 400F. In small bowl, beat egg whites and cream of tartar
until frothy. Gradually add sugar, beating continuously until stiff peaks
form. Do not underbeat.
2. Spread meringue over pie filling; seal to the edge of crust. Bake at
400F for 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned.
