INGREDIENTS

| 1 | Clove garlic, minced | |
| 2 | tb | Mexene chili powder |
| 1 | tb | Flour |
| 1 | ts | Salt |
| 1/2 | ts | Ground cumin |
| 1/2 | ts | Sugar |
| 1 | cn | Tomato sauce, 8 ounce size |
| 1 | c | Water |
INSTRUCTIONS
brown meat, onion, garlic together, then drain excess fat. Stir in remaining ingredients, mix well. Cover and simmer 30 minutes.
