INGREDIENTS

1 bn Cilantro; cleaned/stemmed
2 Green jalapeno peppers; stemmed
4 Cloves garlic
1/4 c Vinegar
16 oz Mayonnaise
Salt to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

In the bowl of a blender, combine cilantro, jalapenos, garlic and vinegar.
Blend to liquefy.
Transfer to a mixing bowl, add mayonnaise and combine thoroughly. Season
with salt to taste. Use a a dip or condiment with grilled or fried fish,
pork or poultry.
