INGREDIENTS

15 Fresh chicken wings split in two sections (tips discarded)
1/4 c President's Choice Volcano Salsa
2 tb Durkee's Hot Sauce
2 tb Vietnamese hot chili sauce (like a ketchup made from hot chilies)
2 tb Vinegar
Few dashes of Tabasco

INSTRUCTIONS

These are flame throwers! Keep the beer close by!
Cook the wings anyway you like, deep-fry, baked in the oven, BBQ, etc. Make
a coating sauce of the following (for about 30 wing parts Mix the sauce
together well, warm over low heat and toss the wings. Coat thoroughly and
serve.
