INGREDIENTS

4 oz Neufchatel cheese; Softened
1 tb Chopped fresh cilantro
2 ts Fresh lime juice
1 Serrano pepper; Seeded and chopped
24 Bite-sized round tortilla chips
1/2 c Shredded lettuce
24 sm Shrimp cooked; shelled & deveined -or-
1/2 c Chopped crabmeat or imitation crabmeat
1/4 c Finely chopped red bell pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

1. In small bowl, combine cream cheese, cilantro, lime juice and chile;
blend well.
2. Spread about 1/2 teaspoon cream cheese mixture onto each tortilla chop.
Top each with lettuce, shrimp and bell pepper.
