INSTRUCTIONS
Combine eggs, crackers, and 1/4 cup milk. Let stand a few minutes. Add
cheese, salt and 1-1/2 cups milk. Stir. Butter a 1 quart casserole. Pour
mixture into casserole. Bake at 350° for 50 minutes. Yield: 4 to 6
servings.
