We Love God!

God: "I looked for someone to take a stand for me, and stand in the gap" (Ezekiel 22:30)

Knowing that he has been drafted, fitted for ministry, entrusted with a message, and sent out in the name of the Lord, the minister ought to demonstrate the proper authority in his every action. It is not a proud or arrogant authority, nor a tyranny, nor a selfish domination; all of these would be a singular affront to the One whose commission forms the basis of his ministry. Rather, it is an authority that is displayed in adoration of the Lord, humility before the Lord, boldness for the Lord, and absolute loyalty to the Lord and His truth
David Hegg

Are you glorying in your graces or your talents? Are you proud of yourself, that you have had holy postures and sweet experiences?... Your flaunting poppies of self-conceit will be pulled up by the roots, your mushroom graces will wither in the burning heat, and your self-sufficiency shall become as straw for the manure pile. If we forget to live at the foot of the cross in deepest lowliness of spirit, God won’t forget to make us feel the pain of His rod.

Dairy, Grains 1 Servings

INGREDIENTS

1 pk Jello Instant Chocolate Pudding Mix
1/4 c Milk
1 c Peppermint Schnapps
1/2 c Tequila (cut worm into bite-size pieces)
1/2 Bag Kraft Caramels, cut into pieces
8 oz Oreo cookies, smashed (the cookies, not you)
1/4 c Butter
Hershey's Chocolate Syrup for decoration
36 Plastic shot containers, 1 oz size (the throw-away kind like you get in the bar)
Optional Nuts (PEANUTS!)

INSTRUCTIONS

Prepare Jello according to package directions, except don't follow them.
Instead add the milk, Schnapps, and Tequila to make a thick mixture which
will be the consistency of motor oil. Add the caramels and half of the
Oreos. Stir until well blended. Let the mixture rest. Melt butter over low
heat. Add remaining Oreos and stir. Line the shot containers with the Oreo
mixture-they will resemble little tiny graham cracker pie crusts. Spoon the
pudding mixture carefully into the shot cups. Decorate with peanuts and
chocolate syrup.
