INSTRUCTIONS
1. Put all ingredients into blender.
2. Cover and process at liquefy until well blended.
3. Use 1 level tablespoon to mix with 6 oz. boiling water for each cup.
Stir well.
4. If desired, serve with dollop of whipped cream
