INGREDIENTS

3/4 c Buttermilk
1/4 c Lowfat cottage cheese
2 ts Sugar
2 tb Blue cheese; crumbled
1 ts Fresh lemon juice
1/8 ts Pepper
1/8 ts Salt
1/4 ts Celery seed
4 dr Hot sauce

INSTRUCTIONS

In a food processor, combine all ingredients. Chill and serve over green
salad. Makes 6 2-tablespoon servings: 33 cals. 3 g protein. 1 g fat. 0.3 g
carb, 148 mg sodium, 3 mg chol.
