INGREDIENTS

2 Cloves garlic — peeled and
Minced
1/4 c Soy sauce
1/4 c Lemon juice
3 c Belgian endive
6 c Romaine lettuce — torn
1/8 ts Black pepper — freshly
Cracked
1 tb Parmesan cheese — grated
1 1/3 c Tomato — chopped

INSTRUCTIONS

Put the garlic, soy sauce, and lemon juice in a salad bowl and whisk
thoroughly.  Add the endive and Romaine lettuce. Toss to coat. Sprinkle the
black pepper and parmesan cheese on top.
Garnish with chopped tomato.
