INSTRUCTIONS
In a small bowl or cup, combine the chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
Trim the fat from the steak and sprinkle the seasoning mixture over the
steak, pressing it evenly into the entire surface (all sides) of the meat.
Preheat the barbecue grill to medium-high and grill the meat for 20-30
minutes for rare to medium doneness, turning occasionally. Let stand for
10 minutes before carving. Meanwhile, in a medium-sized bowl, combine the
beans and salsa; mix until blended. Slice the steak across the grain and
arrange the slices on a serving platter. Top with the salsa mixture and
granish with cilantro sprigs if desired.
