INGREDIENTS

1 c Converted rice
1 cn Beef consomme
1 cn French onion soup
1 Stick margarine
2 cn Button mushrooms

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix rice, beef consomme, French onion soup and mushrooms together. Pour in
9 x 13 inch pan. Cut margarine in small pieces over top of mixture. Bake
uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Stir once halfway through cooking
time.
