INSTRUCTIONS
This is easy, meatless, and especially appeals to kids. It goes especially
well with ham. It is sweet, but good.
Preheat oven to 300. Pour all ingredients into ungreased 1 1/2 quart
casserole. (Can cover and chill for up to 24 hours at this point.) Bake,
uncovered, 2 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally. Serve hot.
Yield: 4 servings
