INGREDIENTS

| 1 | pk | Dried grated coconut |

INSTRUCTIONS
Put all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and run the machine until all is well combined. Butter and flour a cake mold . Pour in batter and bake in a pre heated 350 oven until a toohpick inserted in the center come out clean. About 40 minutes. You can top it with whipped cream and gratd coconut.
