Nut Roll (Long)

Eggs, Dairy Formed, Christmas 60 Servings

INGREDIENTS

1 pk Yeast
1 c Butter; melted
4 Egg yolks
1 c Milk; lukewarm
1/2 ts Salt
1 tb Sugar
4 c Flour

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix all together and refrigerate overnight. Divide into 3 portions and roll
out to 15x10 rectangle. Spread with desired nut filling and roll up. Brush
with egg white and sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
