INGREDIENTS

1/3	c	Sugar
2	ts	Flour
1/2	ts	Salt
3		Eggs
3	c	Milk
1/4	ts	Nutmeg
9		In unbaked pie shells

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine sugar, flour & salt with eggs & mix until smooth. Heat milk to
boiling point. Add 1 cup hot milk to egg mixture then pour into
remaining hot milk. Pour into shell. Sprinkle nutmeg over top. Bake
in 350 oven for 40-45 minutes.
