The highest science, the loftiest speculation, the mightiest philosophy, which can ever engage the attention of a child of God, is the name, the nature, the person, the work, the doings, and the existence of the great God whom he calls his Father. Other subjects we can compass and grapple with; in them we feel a kind of self-content, and go our way with the thought, “Behold I am wise.” But when we come to this master science, finding that our plumb line cannot sound its depth, and that our eagle eye cannot see its height, we turn away with the thought… “I am but of yesterday, and know nothing.” No subject of contemplation will tend to humble the mind, than thoughts of God.

INGREDIENTS

1	c	Onion; chopped
3	c	Biscuit mix
4	tb	Butter or margarine
1 1/2	c	Grated cheese (your choice)
2		Eggs; well beaten
1	c	Milk

INSTRUCTIONS

When I originally typed this recipe I neglected to put in the 1 cup milk.
Here is the correct recipe from the cookbook "What's Cookin'"
Cook onion in 2 T butter or margarine. Set aside. Combine eggs, milk and
biscuit mix. Stir until blended. Add onion and 1 C cheese. Spread dough in
a small greased bundt pan. Sprinkle top with remaining cheese and 2 T
melted butter or margarine.
Bake at 400F for 30-40 minutes or until done. Serve warm.
