Broiler-fryer chicken; cup up, up to 3 1/2 |

INSTRUCTIONS
Heat oven to 375 degrees.
Heat 1 Tbsp. margarine in rectangular pan, 13x9x2 inches, in oven until
melted.
Mix baking mix, sesame seed and salt in shallow dish; reserve.
Beat milk, mustard and egg in small bowl.
Dip chicken pieces, one at a time, into egg mixture; coat with sesame seed
mixture.
Place skin side up in pan.
Drizzle with 2 Tbsp. melted margarine.
Bake until done, about 1 hour.
