2 Meduim tomatoes, peeled and diced
1/2 ts Ground cumin
1 Large potato, cooked,peeled, and diced
1 Medium sweet potato, cooked, peeled and diced
Chopped fresh cilantro for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

Simmer the chiles, tomatoes and cumin for 15 minutes to form a thick
sauce. Pour sauce over potatoes, toss to coat, garnish with cilantro, and
serve.
