When His people are without strength, without resources, without hope, without human gimmicks – then He loves to stretch forth His hand from heaven. Once we see where God often begins we will understand how we may be encouraged.

Parmesan Potato Crisp

INGREDIENTS

1/2 c Salad dressing
5 c Thin unpeeled potato slices
3/4 c Grated parmesan cheese
Pepper; optional

INSTRUCTIONS

Generously brush 9inch pie plate with salad dressing. Dry potato slices on
paper towel. Arrange one layer of potatoes, edges slightly overlapping, on
bottom of pie plate. Brush generously with salad dressing; sprinkle
generously with cheese. Repeat layers, sprinkling occasionally with pepper.
Bake at 400, 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Immediately invert
onto serving plate. Cut into wedges to serve.
