Eggs, Dairy Candy 24 Servings

INGREDIENTS

1 Egg white
1 1/4 lb Powdered sugar
2 tb Evaporated milk (more or less)
2 tb Butter; softened
1 Capful mint or peppermint extract
8 dr Desired food coloring

INSTRUCTIONS

Beat egg white until fluffy. Add 1/2 pound powdered sugar, evaporated milk,
butter, mint extract & food coloring. Beat with mixer until well blended.
Add rest of powdered sugar. Knead with your hands & shape into small balls.
Let dry a short time. Press into molds. These may be frozen.
