INGREDIENTS

1 lb Pasta, Cappelini Or Angel
Hair — cook while you make
1 tb Olive Oil
4 Cloves Garlic — sliced
Thin
3 Plum Tomatoes — chopped
20 oz Baby Clams, Canned with
Liquid —
Drained, and reserve liquid
8 oz Arugula Leaves

INSTRUCTIONS

Cook pasta al dente; meanwhile, saute garlic in olive oil, add chopped
tomatoes to heat. Add Arugula to heat with some reserved clam juice.  Add
clams and heat.  Toss sauce with pasta and serve.
