INGREDIENTS

1 lb Chicken livers
1 tb Chicken fat or oil
Onion, medium
3 x Eggs, hard boiled
Mayonnaise
Salt, garlic salt or juice

INSTRUCTIONS

Fry livers until well done. Put livers, eggs and onion through meat
grinder. Add fat or oil, salt, garlic; mix well. Add mayo to desired
consistency.
