INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven at 350. Prepare a 8 x 8" pan with cooking spray. In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup sugar, flour, baking powder, salt. Then, blend in milk and margarine. Pour batter into prepared pan. In another mixing bowl, combine 1/4 cup sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, and peaches. Toss to coat evenly. Spoon peach mixture evenly over batter. Bake for 45 minutes or until lightly browned.
