INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven at 350. Prepare a 8 x 8" pan with cooking spray. In a mixing
bowl, combine 1 cup sugar, flour, baking powder, salt. Then, blend in milk
and margarine. Pour batter into prepared pan. In another mixing bowl,
combine 1/4 cup sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, and peaches. Toss to
coat evenly. Spoon peach mixture evenly over batter. Bake for 45 minutes or
until lightly browned. If desired, serve with ice cream.
