Ingredients: 2 qt Ground pears; 4 c Ground onions; 8 Bell peppers; ground; 2 Hot peppers; ground; 1 qt Vinegar; 3 c Sugar; 1 ts Dry mustard; 2 1/2 ts Salt; 1 1/2 ts Turmeric; 1 1/2 ts Celery seed; 1 1/2 ts Pickling spice

2	qt	Ground pears

1 1/2	ts	Celery seed

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix all ingredients and cook 15-20 minutes. Seal in sterilized pint jars.
NOTE:  Get a book on canning if unusure about sealing and processing.
